What Our Users Say

Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.

"This app does just what it says! I was very happy with the free version but the developer made such a fantastic app that does so much and asked a ridiculously low fee to take the (almost unnoticeable) ads off, I felt compelled to give him something back! I'm so glad I tried this. I don't believe there's another app of this kind that even comes close!!! Thank you for making this."

retributionmusic

"Excellent app and fantastic value."

Don Forbes

"The app is great. The only thing missing is, in continuous mode, the answer will only be spelled out in the interval mode. The answer is not spelled when in chord mode, for example. This limites the usability when needing to go hands free to just interval recognition."

Marco Marinho

"Very useful. It does what it's intended for, without getting in the way of the user. I definitely recommend it."

Ivan Juanes

"Awesome app, just what I wanted. Only disappointment: my settings from the free version aren't transferred to the donate version when installing it"

Xavier

"Just bought this after I learned of the ad-free version. Review on the free version's page. Thanks so much for this wonderful creation!"

"This app is excellent. I was wary to pay before trying but glad I did. Im a beginner so only using the basic note intervals now but looking through the options it has all I will ever need. Im finding the tunes very useful to help rermembering the intervals."

Neil Barnes

"I've used many ear training apps, and this one has been one of my favorites for some time. I always come back to this app when my ears are rusty, and it helps sharpen them up. Thanks!"

Michael Thomas

"I've only scratched the surface of this app, but this is already one of my favorite ear training apps. I use it to practice melodic dictation in "phrase" mode. What sets this ear trainer apart of many others is the ability to set note durations (whole notes, half, quarter, etc), making the examples sound more rhythmic and melodic. The only thing I'd like to be able to do is review a whole phrase after answering correctly (if there's a way to do it, I haven't figured it out). The app immediately presents the next phrase after correctly answering the whole phrase, instead of allowing for review before moving on. Other than that, as a whole I find this app very helpful for my ear training. I'm trying to learn how to notate music more easily, so it might be cool if there was an option to answer the rhythmic part of the phrases played... but I guess that would be a whole other app because this is targeted toward interval recognition and not rhythm recognition."

"Ridiculously full-featured, and a very good ear workout. I use this daily and it's taken me from trying to review ascending intervals up to 1 octave to 2 simultaneous harmonic intervals up to 2 octaves in just a couple of months."
